next Tuesday AND Thursday!! ★ Senator David Farnsworth came to Fountain of the Sun on Thursday, September 19, 2019, to meet with a small group of FOS home-owners who had contacted him about the "Senior Abuse" that the FOSA board of directors is imposing on our community by refusing to allow our KFA ~ Keep Fountain of the Sun Affordable group to meet in FOS meeting rooms. Senator Farnsworth was very supportive and he has agreed to sponsor new legislation in the Arizona Legislature (similar to legislation that has been passed in California) to make it illegal for HOAs to do what our FOSA board of directors is doing by attempting to infringe upon our Freedom of Speech and Freedom of Assembly in our community. The Senator has invited ALL members of the Fountain of the Sun community to come to the next Arizona Constitutinalist meeting in the FOS Activity Center Thursday, Sept 26, 2019 at 6:00 PM.
