More than 485 KFA members have made it crystal clear that they DO NOT AGREE with these FOSA board actions: ★ THREE years of annual 10% assessment increases WITHOUT ANY VOTE or approval by homeowners ★ Needless non-maintenance spending WITHOUT ANY VOTE or approval by homeowners ★ $250,000 SPENT to remodel the admin building WITHOUT ANY VOTE by homeowners ★ Spending motions approved at board meetings WITHOUT advanced publication of motion details and costs BEFORE board meetings, and WITHOUT ANY VOTE by homeowners ★ FOSA board plans for excessively expensive and unnecessary changes to water retention basins ★ The FOSA board is continuing to push for plans that would require ALL FOS homeowners to help pay for new amenities that a few homeowners want but a VAST MAJORITY of homeowners DO NOT WANT to be forced to help pay for. The ONLY way we can get all this changed is: (1) If ALL current KFA members will actively help to get more FOS homeowners to join KFA. (2) If KFA members will actively attend FOS planning meetings and SPEAK UP. (3) Write letters to the FOSA board to tell them what you think, what changes you want, and what you DO NOT WANT.
